TMCA has created a support email address that Independent Repairers can contact to request Security Information (incl. Key Codes).

All enquiries will require supporting documentation including (but not limited to):

  • Name of Business
  • ABN
  • Contact Details
  • National Police Check
  • VIN - Vehicle Details
  • Declaration of Ownership/permission from Owner
  • Type of Request
