TMCA has created a support email address that Independent Repairers can contact to request Security Information (incl. Key Codes).
All enquiries will require supporting documentation including (but not limited to):
- Name of Business
- ABN
- Contact Details
- National Police Check
- VIN - Vehicle Details
- Declaration of Ownership/permission from Owner
- Type of Request
